NetFire Adds Chief Security Officer to Senior Leadership Team
NetFire is pleased to welcome Matt Harris to our senior leadership team in the role of Chief Security Officer.
He’ll be heading up our new Security, Compliance, and Engineering Department which will focus on providing for the diverse and complex compliance needs of our customer base, developing products and services to meet their security needs, assuring that security is always a top priority for NetFire, and building out our global internetwork. Matt will be leading our compliance efforts at NetFire – including the development and implementation of information security programs and policies, and managing the safety and security of our infrastructure. In particular, he has been focusing on designing and overseeing the implementation of the network and security infrastructure in our Mid-Continent data center facility located in Kansas City.
Matt brings with him two decades of experience as a systems, network, and security engineer, with a background that includes extensive experience working in the federal sector in our nation’s capital. He also has many years of experience in the private sector, most recently as an operations manager for a small-cap public company. As part of the NetFire team, he will aid tremendously in providing the secure, reliable platforms and solutions that our clients need.
